Services Offered to Empower Families/Individuals to be Safe, Healthy, and Self-sustaining
Welcome to The Community Resource Center
Our Community Resource Specialists are here to assist you in navigating today’s challenges. We will greet you with compassion, encouragement, education and supportive services. Our goal is to empower families to reach self-sustainability. We offer this free service to all our patients and individuals/families in the community. Please do not hesitate to visit the CRC for assistance.

In House Services
Computer Lab: Available for assistance with job search, resume assistance, applying for Social Security Benefits; SSI, SDI, SSDI, UI, other business related task.
Food Pantry: We have a small food pantry, which enables CRC to provide families with an emergency food bag to help for the next day or so. We will provide a list of food banks in the community that will be able to provide food on a continual basis.
Diapers: We assist with a one-time emergency supply of diapers (based on availability). We will also refer you to community organizations that may be able to help you in the future.
Child Passenger Safety Program: Services include a car seat assessment and education. Additional resources provided if child safety seat is inappropriate for child.
Domestic Violence/Abuse: Education and resources are available.
Bottomless bookshelf for kids: Variety of books available
